Global search lets you find anything in your workspace without navigating through menus. Whether you’re looking for a specific booking, a customer’s name, or a past note, search puts your entire workspace at your fingertips. Press Cmd+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows from any screen to open the search menu. You can also click the search icon in the top navigation bar.

How search works

Start typing and results appear instantly, grouped into categories:
  • Bookings — Matching runs and events by customer name, booking reference, or experience
  • People — Passengers, guides, and contacts matching your search
  • Experiences — Tour offerings that match your query
Notes aren’t shown as a separate category — instead, matching notes surface as context on their parent booking or run. Use arrow keys to move through results and Enter to open the selected item. Press Esc to close search and return to where you were. Each category shows a preview of matching results. Click View all on any category to expand it and see the full list of matches. When you select a booking or run from search results, your calendar automatically navigates to that event’s date so you can see it in context.

Date filters

Narrow your results by time period using the date filter at the top of the search menu:
  • All dates — Search across everything
  • Upcoming — Only future bookings and events
  • Past 30 days — Recent history
  • Past 90 days — Extended history
  • This month — Current calendar month
  • This year — Current calendar year
Date filters are especially useful when you remember roughly when something happened but not the exact details.

Recent searches

Search keeps a history of your recent searches so you can quickly re-run common queries. Your recent searches appear when you open the search menu before typing anything. Click any recent search to run it again, or click Clear to remove your search history.
