Tags let you categorize your experiences so you can quickly filter and group your schedule. You might tag experiences by type (walking tour, food tour, adventure), by difficulty level, by target audience, or any other grouping that makes sense for your operations.
Tags are managed at the organization level — everyone on your team sees the same set of tags.
To manage tags, go to Settings → Tags. From here you can:
- Create a new tag with a name and color
- Edit an existing tag’s name or color
- Delete a tag you no longer need
Each tag has a color that appears on calendar events and in filters, making it easy to visually scan your schedule.
Deleting a tag removes it from all experiences it was assigned to. This doesn’t affect the experiences themselves — they just lose that tag label.
You can assign one or more tags to any experience. Open the experience and select the tags you want to apply. Tags assigned to an experience automatically apply to all runs and events for that experience.
Filtering by tag
Use tags to filter your calendar view and focus on specific types of tours. The tag filter appears in the calendar toolbar alongside other filters like experience and guide.
When you filter by tag, only runs for experiences with that tag are shown. You can select multiple tags to see runs matching any of the selected tags.
Grouping by tag
In the Agenda and Timeline views, you can group your schedule by tag. This organizes your runs into sections based on their experience’s tag, giving you a clear overview of how different types of tours are distributed across your schedule.
To change grouping, use the group-by selector in the agenda or timeline toolbar and choose Tag.
